Shipping policy

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be presented at checkout. The cost of shipping will depend on the order destination, and the order value.

 

Processing Time

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of being placed for in stock items. Custom orders may take longer to process, and customers will be provided with processing estimates when enquiring about custom orders. 

 

Domestic UK Shipping

Orders shipped to a delivery address within the UK will primarily be shipped by Royal Mail 48 or equivalent, including tracking and without a signature requirement. For high value orders, a signature requirement may be included. 

 

International Shipping

Orders shipped to a delivery address outside the UK will be primarily shipped by EVRI International, 3-7 day delivery with tracking. The purchaser assumes responsibility for any taxes, duties and fees on receipt of the shipment where applicable. 

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact sales@tartancoaster.co with your order number for assistance.
